Our current dispatch lead time is 3 – 4 business days provided your items are in stock. Items that come from certain suppliers that are not kept in stock can carry a longer manufacture lead time but this will be mentioned in the product description and communicated to you if an item you have ordered is out stock.
Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence we will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.
Please note that outlaying (rural/farm/mine) deliveries may take longer to deliver but we will be in contact with your tracking number.
Yes, we will hand deliver any orders within a 50km radius from our warehouse in vanderbijlpark.
Local deliveries within a 50km radius from our warehouse are usually delivered by our dedicated delivery driver and for any orders traveling further than the 50km radius we make use of door to door courier services.
Yes, you can either send your driver, dedicated courier or collect yourself, right from our warehouse in vanderbijlpark.
Please await your order pick up confirmation email before booking any collections.

Our current shipping options which includes but is not limited to courier and driver deliveries carry a standard flat rate of R 500 for orders with an actual total weight of 5kg or a volumetric weight of 20kg. Anything over this weight, a courier quote will be obtained from our chosen courier service and will be included in your follow up email for payment less the courier fee that has already been paid.
If the amount is out of budget please contact us so that we can find a workable solution for you. We are working closely with our courier service provider to better our shipping fees in future.
Deliveries will be made to the address as provided by you at checkout. Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
Approximate item weights can usually be viewed on our website (in some instances this is not possible) to enable you to perform your own unloading/loading risk assessment prior to delivery. Re-delivery charges and missed deliveries due to customer error (e.g. no answer at address) are subject to payment by the customer and will not be covered by LEO Lifting or our couriers
